Ingredients

  • 220 g flour
  • 120 g hazelnuts, rated
  • 80 g powdered suar
  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 80 g chocolate flakes, (chocolate flakes)
  • 1 tablespoon coffee powder, soluble
  • 2 tablespoon water, hot
  • some cake icing, (chocolate icing), to decorate

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the coffee powder in hot water and quickly knead with the other ingredients to form a smooth dough.
  2. Shape them into small croissants and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. Let cool down.
  3. Then dip the croissant loin in a little chocolate glaze and let it dry well.
