- 1 stick cinnamon
- 3 carnation (s)
- 100 g suar, brown
- 1 teaspoon orange (n), grated peel, untreated
- 8 tablespoon coffee powder, coarsely ground
- 750 ml water

- In a small saucepan, bring 3/4 l water with the cinnamon stick and cloves to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add sugar and orange peel and continue to simmer until the sugar has completely dissolved. Sprinkle in the coffee, simmer for another 3 minutes, then set the saucepan aside and let it stand, covered, until the coffee has set, then pour through a sieve and serve.
