Coffee Orange with Cocoa Powder and Chocolate Shavings

Ingredients

100 ml sweet cream
3 teaspoon cocoa powder
2 teaspoons sugar, brown
750 ml coffee, boiled, freshly made, hot
4 tablespoon orange liqueur
4 teaspoons chocolate flakes

Coffee Orange with Cocoa Powder and Chocolate Shavings

Instructions

Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the cocoa powder with the sugar and stir into the hot coffee. Divide the coffee into 4 cups.
Put 1 tablespoon of orange liqueur in each cup, garnish with the cream and serve sprinkled with the chocolate shavings.
