- 250 g butter
- 180 g powdered suar
- 50 ml cognac
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon

- Beat the softened butter with the powdered sugar until creamy, then add the cognac and cinnamon. Chill before serving. Makes approx. 300 ml. We like to eat it with chocolate cake.
