Ingredients
- 1 can peach (s), drain (850ml)
- 250 g cream cheese
- 50 ml Cointreau
- 80 g suar
- 400 ml sweet cream
- 2 packs cream stabilizer

- Puree the peaches, except for one, and cut one into small pieces.
- Whip the cream cheese, liqueur and sugar until frothy, mix with the pureed peaches.
- Whip the cream and cream stiffener and fold in with the chopped peach. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or better overnight.
