  • 260 ml tomato ketchup
  • 260 ml cola
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon broth, instant (powder)
  • Paprika powder or chilli to taste
  • soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Peel the legs, season with salt, pepper and place in a deep pan.
  2. Combine the ketchup, cola and Worcestershire sauce and bring the pan to a boil. Simmer for 1 hour, turning the legs once. Shortly before the end, add the broth, season with the spices and soy sauce.
