Ingredients

  • Ribs (cutlet ribs, 4 strands)
  • 500 ml cola
  • 500 ml tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • 4 garlic clove (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the cola, ketchup, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, chilli, garlic, pepper and salt to a marinade. Place the ribs in a large, flat container and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 12 hours. Turn several times in between.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 °, drain the ribs, place them on the wire rack, slide the drip pan into the rack under the wire rack and bake for about 90 minutes. Turn once halfway through the cooking time.
  3. Bring the marinade to the boil and simmer on a low flame for about 15 minutes while stirring. Serve as a sauce with the ribs.
  4. Baked potatoes and salad go well with this.
