- 80 g coffee, freshly round
- 1 liter cold water

- Freshly grind the coffee. Then add a liter of cold water to the powder. Then stir the mixture and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.
- The best and easiest way is of course with a cold brew coffee pot.
- But this is not absolutely necessary, there are also other options.
- A teapot with a fixed sieve to insert works here even if the sieve is fine
