Cold Soup with Kefir Ingredients

  • Boiled potatoes – 1 pc.
  • Small tomato – 1 pc.
  • Green onions with onion – 1-2 pcs.
  • Small fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Pickled cucumber (salted) – 1 pc.
  • Parsley
  • Capers – 2 tablespoons
  • Boiled eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Pickled cheese – 50 g
  • Skim kefir – 200 ml
  • Water – 100 ml
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to make cold kefir soup:

  1. Grate potatoes and cheese on a coarse grater, chop parsley.
  2. Cut the onion into rings.
  3. Cut the tomato into small cubes.
  4. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes too.
  5. Grind the boiled egg.
  6. Mix all ingredients and add capers. Check for salt, pepper.

  7. Dilute kefir with water to the desired consistency. Pour the soup. Cold kefir soup is ready.
