Cold Strawberry Basil Soup

A fresh and aromatic combination of berries and basil in a cool summer strawberry soup.
Cook: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- Strawberries (frozen) – 1.5 cups
- Blueberries (frozen) – 0.5 cups
- Coldwater – 1.5 cups
- Fresh basil – 0.25 cups
- Sugar to taste
- Vanilla sugar – 10 g
- For decoration (optional):
- Ice cream – to taste
- Mint leaves to taste
Directions
- Put frozen strawberries and blueberries, sugar, basil in a bowl for beating, pour water.
- Purée put cold strawberry-blueberry soup into portioned cups. You can garnish the sweet berry and basil soup with a scoop of ice cream and fresh mint leaves.
