  • 2 kg white cabbage
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 glass vinegar
  • 0.5 ½ glass oil
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Instructions

  1. Slice the cabbage, carrots, bell peppers and onions. Bring the marinade of vinegar, oil, sugar and salt to the boil in a saucepan and pour it over the salad while it is still hot. Put a lid on and shake so that everything mixes up. The lettuce should best steep overnight.
  2. Great for grilling. You can prepare very well.
