Ingredients

  • 2 gr. Can (s) beans, green
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream (sour cream or sour cream)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onions
  2. In a large bowl, mix the sour cream with the onions, oil, salt and pepper
  3. Drain the beans in a sieve and let them drain a little. Possibly collect some broth to taste.
  4. Add the beans to the sauce, fold in carefully and season to taste.
  5. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. Tip: Tastes great with roasts that are eaten with bread, as the sauce is much too tasty not to tip it on with bread.
  7. We recently had the salad with suckling pig at a ceremony. In the end, two argued over who could lick the bowl.
