Ingredients

  • 500 g white cabbae, weihed and prepared
  • 2 beet (s), yellow
  • 1 bell pepper (s), red or green
  • 1 medium onion (s), approx. 00 g
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 apple, approx. 50 g

For the marinade:

  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 60 g rapeseed oil
  • 125 g white wine vinear

Instructions

  1. Finely slice or finely chop white cabbage, yellow beets, paprika, onions, peppers and apples. Pour into a bowl with a lid.
  2. For the marinade, bring the ingredients to the boil and pour over the vegetables. Cover and leave to stand for at least one, even better two days.
