Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 3 tablespoon oil (sunflower)
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar, sherry or wine vinegar (no essence)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the peppers and cut into small cubes. Mix in the corn.
  2. For the marinade, put all the ingredients in a suitable container, mix with a small whisk and froth gently. I take a small electr. Milk frother.
  3. Now fold the salad dressing into the vegetables and let it steep for an hour.
  4. This salad is quick to make and is a wonderful accompaniment to a barbecue evening!
