Ingredients
- 1 can corn kernels
- 2 bell peppers, red and green
For the marinade:
- 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
- 3 tablespoon oil (sunflower)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar, sherry or wine vinegar (no essence)
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Wash and clean the peppers and cut into small cubes. Mix in the corn.
- For the marinade, put all the ingredients in a suitable container, mix with a small whisk and froth gently. I take a small electr. Milk frother.
- Now fold the salad dressing into the vegetables and let it steep for an hour.
- This salad is quick to make and is a wonderful accompaniment to a barbecue evening!
