Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Wash and peel the carrots. Halve the thinner ones lengthways, quarter the thicker ones. Cut the stalk from the broccoli.
  2. Whisk the eggs with sour cream and season. Add 1.5 tablespoon sesame seeds. Grease the form (quiche form 24 cm), pour in the egg mixture. Spread the vegetables on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and let set in the oven (middle, fan 160 ° C) for 35 minutes.
