Ingredients
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 300 g natural yourt
- 300 g strawberries
- 100 g suar
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), including the juice
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup apricot (s), diced
- 1 banana (s), sliced
- 2 tablespoon almond (s), (leaves)
- 1 tablespoon butter

- Puree the milk, yoghurt, strawberries and sugar with the blender and add the lemon juice to taste. Add the raspberries, apricots and banana to the liquid and chill.
- Roast the almond leaves in the pan with the butter and pour over the soup before serving.
