Ingredients

  • 1 pack Gouda, young, cut into small pieces
  • 1 pack boiled ham, cut into small cubes
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s), quartered
  • 1 red pepper (s), cut into small pieces
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), yellow, cut into small pieces
  • 2 spring onions, cut into small rings
  • 0.5 can ½ corn, drained

For the dressing:

  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 5 stalks parsley, fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled dill, dried
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled herbal salt
  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the cheese, ham and vegetables (washed) and place in a large bowl.
