Ingredients

  • 2 leeks
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 can corn
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 cups natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise for salad
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and cut the leek into thin rings, cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces, drain the corn. Cut the tomato into small cubes, dice the onion.
  2. Make a salad dressing from yogurt, tomato paste, salad mayonnaise, wine vinegar, pepper, salt and sugar (stir well with the hand blender). Pour the sauce over the salad. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
