Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 5 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 5 tomato (s)
  • 1 bunch radishes

For the dressing:

  • 250 g natural yourt, 1.5%
  • 4 tablespoon sweet cream
  • 4 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon syrup, (agave syrup)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled sea salt
  • 3 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoon chives, cut into small rolls
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Generously remove the outer leaves of the lettuce and use it elsewhere. Peel the eggs, wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut each eighth. Cut the radishes into thin slices and set aside. Separate the remaining lettuce leaves and remove the stalk to the middle, but leave the leaf whole. Wash the leaves one by one under running water and spin dry carefully.
  2. Arrange the lettuce leaves in small nests on a plate so that each one can be taken out individually.
  3. Whisk all the ingredients for the dressing in a tall mixing bowl and spread generously over the salad with a spoon. Garnish each nest with eggs, tomatoes and radishes. Sprinkle with chives rolls and freshly ground pepper.
