Ingredients
- 250 g lamb`s lettuce
- 2 beefsteak tomato (s)
For the dressing:
- 100 g yourt
- 1 tablespoon, heaped mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon herbs (salad herbs), dried or fresh
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- some pepper, if you like
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon walnut oil
- water or milk to lengthen

- Clean the lamb`s lettuce and wash it thoroughly. Wash the beefsteak tomatoes and cut into slices or cubes.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and season to taste. If you like, you can add some water or milk to lengthen the dressing. Place the tomatoes on plates and drape the lamb`s lettuce on top and pour the dressing over them.
