Ingredients

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 250 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 yellow pepper (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 packet tomato (s), diced
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 200 g cauliflower
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • thyme

Instructions

  1. Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Clean and roughly dice the peppers. Peel off the garlic cloves and dice finely.
  2. Let the olive oil get hot in a saucepan and fry the mince until crumbly. Add the mushrooms, the diced paprika and the garlic and stir-fry.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes and simmer gently.
  4. Simmer the broccoli, cauliflower and peas in boiling water, drain and add to the mince.
  5. Season to taste with salt, pepper and thyme.
