Ingredients
- 400 g meat sausae in sticks
- 4 large pickles in pens
- 2 onion (s), diced
- 2 large apples in strips
- 4 tomato (s), pitted, cut into strips
- 1 cucumber (s) thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper (s), cut into strips
- 1 green pepper (s), cut into strips
- 400 g cheese (Edam), cut into strips
For the marinade:
- 150 g Miracel Whip
- 150 g crème fraîche, with herbs
- 2 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
- 1 teaspoon horseradish, hot
- salt
- Pepper, whiter
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 bunch chives in rolls
For decoration:
- 2 egg (s), hard-boiled, eighths
- 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped

- Mix the appropriately cut ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix the ingredients for the marinade and pour over the salad. Mix well and let it steep for at least 1 hour, or even better. Serve garnished with egg wafers and chopped parsley.
