Ingredients

  • 400 g meat sausae in sticks
  • 4 large pickles in pens
  • 2 onion (s), diced
  • 2 large apples in strips
  • 4 tomato (s), pitted, cut into strips
  • 1 cucumber (s) thinly sliced
  • 1 red pepper (s), cut into strips
  • 1 green pepper (s), cut into strips
  • 400 g cheese (Edam), cut into strips

For the marinade:

  • 150 g Miracel Whip
  • 150 g crème fraîche, with herbs
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish, hot
  • salt
  • Pepper, whiter
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 bunch chives in rolls

For decoration:

  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled, eighths
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix the appropriately cut ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and pour over the salad. Mix well and let it steep for at least 1 hour, or even better. Serve garnished with egg wafers and chopped parsley.
