Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce, light
- 0.5 ½ glass mayonnaise
- 4 bell pepper (s)
- 2 cans tangerine (s)
- 250 g cooked ham
- 2 onions)
- 250 g rice

- Boil the rice and put it in the fridge.
- Chop the bell pepper, onion and ham into small pieces. Drain the mandarins and save the juice. Put the bell pepper, onion, ham and tangerines together in a bowl. Fold in the cooled rice.
- Mix the salad mayonnaise, sugar and light soy sauce, as well as mandarin juice, into a sauce to taste and fold into the salad ingredients.
- Chill until serving and let it steep a little.
