Ingredients

  • 300 g rice, cooked, corresponds to approx. 1 ba uncooked rice
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 1 leek
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, chopped, your choice

Instructions

  1. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes and the leek into rings. Drain the corn.
  2. Mix rice, paprika, corn and leek in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and mix everything well again.
  3. Sprinkle with a few herbs of your choice and serve.
  4. The next day it tastes even better.
