Ingredients
- 300 g rice, cooked, corresponds to approx. 1 ba uncooked rice
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 small Can corn
- 1 leek
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, lighter
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, chopped, your choice

- Cut the bell pepper into small cubes and the leek into rings. Drain the corn.
- Mix rice, paprika, corn and leek in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and mix everything well again.
- Sprinkle with a few herbs of your choice and serve.
- The next day it tastes even better.
