Ingredients

  • 180 g rice
  • 1 pck.surimi, frozen, approx. 20 pieces
  • 1 can corn, drained weight 285 g
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 0.33 cucumber (s)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • some dill
  • some salt and pepper
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Put frozen surimis out to thaw. Boil rice and eggs and let cool down well. Chop the surimi, eggs, bell pepper, cucumber, onion and place in a bowl with the rice and corn.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt and vinegar in a small bowl. Finely chop the garlic and dill and mix with the cream.
  3. Mix the cream with the rice mixture and season with salt, pepper and a little lemon juice.
