Ingredients
- 150 g lamb`s lettuce
- 200 g lettuce, mixed (friseé, lollo rosso, radicchio, iceber lettuce)
- 1 packet mixed grains (pumpkin seeds, pine nuts, walnuts)
- 1 small Glass artichoke hearts soaked in oil
- 3 large beefsteak tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 large bell pepper (s), yellow, finely chopped
- 1 large red pepper (s), finely chopped
- 1 large cucumber (s), finely chopped
- 1 small Bunch spring onions, cut into fine rings
- 200 g bacon, diced, finely sliced
- 50 g cheese (Gouda), cut into fine strips
- 1 bunch chives, cut into fine rolls
- 50 cl vinegar (white wine vinegar or vinegar essence)
- 75 cl olive oil or sunflower oil
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard, medium hot
- 1 tablespoon herbs, mixed (chives, chervil, parsley, tarragon)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ shallot (s), finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt

- Clean, wash and prepare all ingredients as described in the list of ingredients.
- Leave the bacon in a pan with a little butter and then the grains in the
- Fry a little crispy in the same pan. Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
- For the vinaigrette, mix the vinegar, salt, sugar and mustard in a bowl. Then let the oil run in gradually and carefully stir in with the whisk. Just before serving, add the shallots and herbs.
- Now pour the warm bacon and the grains over the salad, garnish with a little chives and serve.
