Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 4 tomato (s)
- 2 bell pepper (s), green
- 1 onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ bunch radishes
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 2 egg (s)
- 3 turkey breast fillet (s)
For the dressing:
- 20 ml oil (walnut oil)
- 20 ml vinegar
- 125 ml yogurt
- 1 ½ teaspoon herbs
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons sugar

- Wash, peel, stem or core all salad ingredients as required. Large lettuce leaves
- divide. Cut tomatoes and peppers into pieces, onion, radishes and cucumber into slices. Mix the dressing ingredients and fold into the salad. Arrange the hard-boiled, sliced eggs together with the cut turkey breast fillets, sautéed with olive oil, on the prepared salad.
