Ingredients

  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 pack Gouda in one piece, approx. 450 g
  • 10 slices Edam cheese
  • 2 bell peppers, red and green
  • 2 large onions

For the dressing:

  • 3 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped salt
  • some pepper
  • some paprika, hot as rose
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Cut the Gouda and the peppers into small cubes. Cut the Edam cheese and onions into thin strips. Drain the beans and corn. Put everything in a bowl.
  2. Mix the dressing and pour over the salad.
  3. Tastes great with grilled meat or simply as an addition to dinner.
