Ingredients

  • 400 g meat sausae, (Lyoner-)
  • 200 g Emmentaler
  • 1 large bell pepper (s)
  • 6 radishes
  • 4 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 2 onion (s), red
  • 0.5 can ½ mushrooms
  • Tomatoes)
  • 1 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • some cucumber liquid
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 0.5 ½ bunch herbs, lovage, chives and / or parsley
  • vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Maggi
  • Rapeseed oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the Lyoner, Emmental, paprika, cucumber and radish and the mushrooms into fine strips.
  2. Finely dice 1 onion and mix together in a salad bowl.
  3. Mix the sour cream with the mustard, stir in the cucumber liquid and vinegar, 2/3 of the finely chopped herbs and spices. A splash of Maggi rounds everything off. Mix everything together with 2 tablespoons of oil.
  4. Pour the salad dressing over the salad and mix everything well. Let it steep for 1 hour.
  5. Cut tomatoes and hard-boiled eggs and garnish the salad with the remaining herbs before serving.
  6. A fresh baguette or farmhouse bread goes well with it.
