- 1 green pepper (s)
- 1 small onion (s)
- 8 cherry tomato (s)
- 100 mushrooms
- olive oil
- Herbs your choice
- salt
- pepper

- Clean and wash the vegetables and cut into pieces of roughly the same size. Put on wooden skewers.
- Mix the oil, herbs and pepper and let it steep a little.
- Now turn the skewers in the oil and sprinkle with a little salt. Grill over an open flame for approx. 10-12 minutes over a moderate heat.
