Ingredients

  • 375 g couscous
  • 450 ml boiling water
  • 0.75 teaspoon ¾ salt
  • 75 g sprin onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 300 g zucchini
  • 250 g bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 300 g tomato (s)
  • 4 tablespoon margarine
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the couscous in a bowl with a lid, pour the boiling water over it, season with salt and leave to stand for 5 minutes, covered.
  2. Now cut the spring onions into rings. Peel and chop the garlic. Clean the zucchini, bell pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes and cut into pieces. Put everything in a pan with 2 tablespoons of melted margarine and steam in it for 5 - 8 minutes. Season with pepper.
  3. Finally, mix the couscous with the rest of the margarine, fold in the vegetable mix, season again with salt and serve.
