Instructions

  1. Put the cleaned, soured and salted fish in a greased saucepan with a tightly fitting lid. Heat on a high flame until steam forms and cook on a low flame for 35 minutes.
  2. Prepare a light basic sauce from margarine or butter, flour and water and season with mustard, salt and curry.
