Ingredients

  • 1 can beans, white (400 g)
  • 0.75 ¾ lettuce (s)
  • 75 g herder cheese
  • 0.5 ½ cup whipped cream (100 g)
  • some pepper
  • some nutmeg
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the lettuce into medium-sized strips and the cheese into small cubes. Put the beans in a colander, strain them, and wash them.
  2. Take a wok or a large pan and add a dash of frying oil. Heat the plate to a medium-high temperature (7) and then add the whole salad. Put a lid on the wok, stir the lettuce a few times until it`s pretty shriveled. Add half of the shepherd`s cheese, the beans and the whipped cream and stir. Let everything cook for about 4 minutes with the lid closed. Then add the rest of the cheese as well as pepper and nutmeg as you like and let everything cook for another 4 minutes, without the lid. Stir everything through several times.
  3. For example, you can also take rocket or, even for non-vegetarians, add cubed turkey as you like. Also tastes great!
  4. Don`t get confused by the crowd, the dish is very stuffy.
