Ingredients
- 100 g butter, soft
- 60 g suar, brown
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 0.5 ½ pack flavor, (lemon sugar)
- 2 egg yolks
- 150 grams flour
- 50 g cornstarch
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
- 50 g cranberries, dried, cut into small pieces

- Mix the butter, sugar, salt, lemon sugar and the egg yolks with the whisk of the hand mixer to a creamy mixture.
- Mix the flour, starch and baking powder, add to the butter mixture and stir with the whisk to a crumbly mixture.
- Add the chopped cranberries and quickly knead everything by hand to form a dough.
- Shape the dough into about 20 balls, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press flat with the bottom of a glass. (approx. 5 mm)
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° for about 12 to 14 minutes.
- The edges may be slightly browned.
- You can also use white sugar and instead of lemon sugar you can also use Citroback or fresh lemon peel.
