Ingredients
- 10 tablespoon oil (peanut oil)
- 20 tablespoon sauce, Asian (teriyaki sauce)
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 8 clove (s) garlic, crushed
- pepper
- 2 handfuls coriander greens, finely chopped

- Mix all the ingredients into a marinade and let it steep for at least 2-3 hours, but better overnight.
- Goes well with Mongolian Dutch Oven, Asian grill skewers and fish as well as white poultry.
