Ingredients

  • 200 g peas, (frozen)
  • 280 g corn, (canned)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 leeks
  • 50 g wheat flour
  • 35 g cornstarch
  • 30 g oatmeal
  • 2 piece (s) egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • some oil, for deep-frying

Instructions

  1. Thaw the peas, drain the corn. Peel and finely chop garlic. Clean and finely chop the leek.
  2. Mix the flour, starch, oat flakes, 4 tablespoons water, eggs, coriander, salt and pepper until smooth. Mix in the peas, corn and leek. Shape the mixture with 2 tablespoons and fry for approx. 4 minutes in hot fat (approx. 170 °). Drain on kitchen paper.
  3. For the sauce:
  4. Finely chop the mint and mix with the yogurt and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
