Ingredients

  • 2 cans corn
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 200 g cheese (youn Gouda)
  • 5 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 7 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Clean the spring onions and cut into thin rings. Cut the cheese into small squares. Put the corn, kidney beans, spring onions and cheese in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Mix the vinegar, oil and mustard together. Season with salt, pepper and sugar and pour over the salad.
