Ingredients

  • 100 g canned corned beef
  • 1 medium shallot (s)
  • 2 teaspoons rapeseed oil
  • 1 slice (s) wholemeal toast bread
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 pickle (s) (approx. 00 g)
  • pepper from the grinder
  • Thyme, dried
  • little salt

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the shallot and sauté in 1 teaspoon rapeseed oil until translucent. Dice the corned beef and add to the shallot cubes in the pan. Fry over medium heat until completely disintegrated. Season the mixture with a little salt, pepper and thyme.
  2. In the meantime, prepare a fried egg in 1 teaspoon rapeseed oil and lightly salt it. Toast the toast.
  3. Spread the corned beef mixture on the toast, place the fried egg on top and garnish with a pickle.
