  • 600 ml juice, cold-pressed, from ripe, dark-red cornel cherries
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • 250 g preservin suar, 3: 1
  • 1 handful rock sugar, brown

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients together in a saucepan and cook for 4 minutes according to the instructions on the packaging. Then pour into prepared, hot twist-off jars and close tightly.
