Ingredients

  • 200 g butter, (soft)
  • 180 g suar
  • 2 egg (s), (size M)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 350 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 5 cup / s corn flakes
  • 100 g chocolate, rated

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs to a frothy mixture.
  2. Sift the flour and mix with the baking powder and gradually stir into the foam mixture.
  3. Work the cornflakes and chocolate under the dough, preferably with a large wooden spoon, as otherwise the mixer would shred the cornflakes too much.
  4. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  5. Form small cookies from the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, then bake for about 15 minutes.
