- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 3 tablespoon capers
- 10 olives, black
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- pepper

- Wash tomatoes and cut out the stems, cut tomatoes into slices, arrange on a platter. Finely dice onions, cut garlic into thin slices. Pour both with parsley, capers, olives and oil over the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper.
