Cottage Cheese-Banana Dessert

Let’s prepare a delicate and sweet cottage cheese-banana dessert, which is wonderful for both a light breakfast and a romantic dinner.

Ingredients
- Soft cottage cheese – 200 g
- Yogurt without additives – 100 g
- Honey – 1 tbsp
- Banana – 2 pcs.
- Grated chocolate
Directions
- Prepare products for a curd-banana dessert. Peel 1.5 bananas, break into pieces and send to a bowl along with yogurt and cottage cheese. Beat with a hand blender on medium speed.
- Add a spoonful of honey, whisking for a few more minutes. You should get an airy, thick cream. Put the finished dessert in the bowls, sandwiching with the remaining bananas, which must first be cut into circles.
- Top with banana slices and grated chocolate. The banana curd dessert is ready.
