Ingredients
- 500 g quark
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- Fruits, fresh (e.g. currants or cherries), cleaned
- Pistachios, chopped

- Mix the quark with the sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in carefully. Then pour some of the mixture into small glasses or bowls so that the base is covered.
- Place the prepared fruits on top and then cover the whole thing with another layer of curd cheese. Can be garnished with other fruits and chopped pistachios.
