  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Sugar – 100 g
  • Semolina – 2-3 tbsp
  • Raisins – 50 g
  • Butter – 25 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet
  • To prepare the form:

  1. Grind cottage cheese in a meat grinder or grind through a sieve.
  2. Separate the whites from the yolks.

  3. Grind the yolks with sugar, butter (25 g), and vanilla.
  4. Add to the cottage cheese and grind everything until a fluffy mass is formed.
  5. Rinse the raisins, mix with semolina (2-3 tablespoons), add to the curd. Mix.
  6. Grease the form with butter (25 g) and sprinkle with semolina (2-3 tablespoons) or breadcrumbs.

  7. Beat the whites into a strong foam.
  8. Turn on the oven.
  9. Gently mix the cottage cheese with the whipped egg whites.
  10. Put this mass in a dish, greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs (semolina).
  11. Bake the curd cheese with raisins in a hot oven (180 °) for 40-50 minutes. Cool in the oven.
