Ingredients

  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons instant gelatin
  • 1 lime (s), juice it
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla paste
  • 2 mango (s)
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, brown

Instructions

  1. Caramelize the walnuts with 1 teaspoon honey, brown sugar and 2 tablespoons water. Let cool on baking paper.
  2. Beat the cream with 1 packet of vanilla sugar until stiff, stir in the quark with the sugar and stir in 2 teaspoons of instant gelatine and 1 teaspoon of vanilla paste.
  3. Peel the mangoes and cut into cubes, set aside the cubes of 1/2 mango for decoration. Puree the remaining mango cubes with the juice of the lime and 1 teaspoon vanilla paste. I do it in the smoothie maker, it`s quick and without splashes.
  4. Pour half of the quark cream into a glass bowl, then the mango puree and finally the rest of the quark cream. Pour the walnuts and the mango cubes set aside over the cream as a decoration.
