  • 170 ml sunflower oil or soy or rapeseed oil
  • 200 g suar

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and quark in a bowl. Then stir in the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and lemon zest.
  2. Pour the dough into a muffin tray lined with molds and bake at 160 ° C (fan oven) for 20-25 minutes.
  3. You can also mix frozen fruits (strawberries, cherries, wild berries, etc.) into the dough if you like. This gives the muffins a fresh note.
