Cottage cheese pancakes

Delicious, mouth-watering and healthy cheesecakes!

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese (9% fat) – 400 g
  • Eggs – 1-2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Flour – 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Directions

  1. Combine cottage cheese, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in a bowl. Mix everything well. Then add flour (2 rounded tablespoons) and mix everything thoroughly.
  2. Let’s form balls from the curd mass. Pour vegetable oil into a preheated pan. Dip the cheese cakes in flour and put them in the pan. We will fry the cheese cakes over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
