  • 2 cup / s sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup mineral water
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • Grease for the tin

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, oil, mineral water, eggs and baking powder with the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet and bake at 175 ° C for about 20 minutes (fan-assisted). Let the finished dough cool down a little. Cook the vanilla pudding according to the instructions on the packet and pour onto the batter. Put the desiccated coconut, sugar and butter in a small saucepan and let it become smooth on a low heat. Pour the mixture onto the pudding, which has not yet cooled completely.
