Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen peas in a frying pan with a splash of water. Pour the boiling water over the couscous, stir in the rapeseed oil and let it soak for a few minutes. Mix in eggs, cheese and, depending on how old the child is, the spices.
  2. Fry the finished mixture on both sides in the frying pan over medium heat.
  3. We like to serve you with half cucumber wheels with quark sauce or cooked carrot wheels.
  4. It goes super fast and our little one loves the wholesome and healthy meal very much.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
