  • breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • some salt and pepper
  • thyme
  • turmeric
  • cumin
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling vegetable stock over the couscous according to the package instructions in a bowl, soak and allow to cool. Mix in the eggs, grated cheese, parsley and enough breadcrumbs to create a malleable mixture. Season to taste with the spices.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties and fry them in the pan until they are both golden brown and crispy.
